ICF Accredited Life Coach, Certified ADHD Coach, and BFF to my inner chaos ✨
“Life felt like trying to cross the ocean in a kayak with no paddle - I was staying afloat, but barely moved forward no matter how hard I tried.”
Painfully relatable?
Sound familiar?
You’re tired of having ten to-do lists in eight different places, everything is a last-minute rush, you always feel like you’re forgetting something, you know your disorganisation is making it harder to do the things you really want to do, you’ll open that email which needs a really simple reply but just…won’t…. actually do it??? Whether you have ADHD or not, if you’re in a constant state of being frustrated at yourself - I totally get it.
How will working with me help?
My approach is based on learning your unique processing style and how to work with it, we’ll uncover what you’re capable of when you’re not forcing yourself to function like everyone else, and get some practical things ticked off the list too. You will leave coaching with a deeper understanding of yourself, tools/strategies you can use for the rest of your life, and no more to-do list dread!
What’s next?
If you’re ready to drop all that frustration you have towards yourself, forget the thoughts that you’re just not as capable, or trying as hard as everyone else, and replace all the doubt and negativity with feeling confident that you can live a more fulfilling, peaceful, and organised life - book a free call, let’s chat about how we can work together to give you more control over your life.
Let’s Talk!
-
We’ll meet online for around 30mins, I will ask questions to find out what made you seek support, and what you hope to achieve with coaching.
I’ll share a bit about myself, explain my coaching style, what the process looks like in terms of booking etc., and payment terms etc. and give you a chance to ask as many questions as you need! -
TL;DR - The call allows us to feel sure that we ‘fit together’ as Coach and Client.
In order to get the most out of coaching, you’ll have to be open, honest, and vulnerable - so before committing your time, energy, and money to the process, it’s really important that you get a feel of what it’s like to speak with me, as well as making sure that my approach to coaching is what you’re looking for.
I also have to ensure that you are the right client fit, our work together is a big emotional and energetic load on me, so choosing a client who doesn’t seem ready, or who I think could be a better fit with someone else, isn’t in my best interests.

Nope! Neurodivergent people are more vulnerable to making decisions impulsively or before processing all of the information - I’ve been there myself and know the feeling of regret too well! So I actively encourage waiting at least a day before committing to anything.
