Together, we explore who you are beneath expectations and unhelpful patterns, gently break down habits and beliefs that keep you stuck, and replacing them with ways of living that feel aligned and sustainable.
The outcome is deeper connection to your identity, greater emotional regulation, and less daily friction. You’ll learn how you process the world, how to adapt life to your needs, and how to communicate those needs with confidence. Over time, self-frustration softens into self-trust, overwhelm into clarity, and life begins to feel more authentic, intentional, and genuinely enjoyable

If you’re struggling to stay on top of your workload, finding it hard to communicate your needs, or feeling the pressure of performance plans or expectations - this is your safe, no-judgement space to explore how things can be better.
It’s coaching specifically tailored to help you play to your strengths whilst navigating the things you find difficult even if everyone around you seems to breeze through it.
It’s a mixture of understanding how your ADHD shows up at work, testing systems to find what works (and why!), and learning what you need to be able to work in a way that’s enjoyable and doesn’t lead to burnout.
The outcome is less stress and overwhelm, stronger working relationships, and greater confidence in your abilities. Work begins to take up less mental space outside of office hours, leaving more energy for life beyond it. Over time, you’ll create mental-space to perform consistently, communicate more clearly, and excel in the areas where you naturally shine - where you want growth in your career, or just to be able to keep things going in a way that feels good.

Maybe it's because the task feels too big, or because we're worried about the outcome, or simply because it's ultra-boring. Whatever your reason - it's easier to get things done alongside someone else!
These sessions allow you to feel the bliss of finally ticking that pesky thing of the list.
Session structure:
5-10mins - Confirm task being worked on, and first 1-3 steps to get going
35mins - Cameras on, mics off. Do the thing!
5mins - Check in OR if you're in full flow - just keep going!
Coaching is great (obvs), but sometimes we need support to just get the thing rather than talk about it!
